★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jack, Stefan and Chase were all friendly guys and if you are looking for an easy going trip to buy a car than I would suggest going to Northside Nissan.
However you will not get a deal on your vehicle! We personally only settled because we were from out of town with two small kids and Northside Nissan was the closest dealership with the vehicle trim we wanted. I felt pressured to move my biweekly payments up and put more down on my Pathfinder than I wanted to. We added a block heater and two way starter to our purchase and they could not put it in before we left. We will have to make another 3 hour drive back to get it put in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from Northside Nissan. Seville, Jasmine, Stefan and Anna helped me out and went above and beyond. I had foot surgery so i was unable to actually take the vehicle for a test drive. But Seville took me out no problem and showed me everything i needed to know. Seville was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle i purchased which was a Honda. Which surprised me because i was at a Nissan dealership, that was a bonus. Also Seville delivered the car to my house 40 minutes away free of charge because i was unable to drive due to the foot surgery i had. This was huge for me and i really appreciate it!! Huge thank you to you guys you really helped me out. The car is standard transmission so it's not like i could get just anyone to drive it for me. Northside Nissan stepped up big time!! Lastly Anna the finance lady even offered to go get the car registration for me because of my situation. Everyone has been super nice.
Huge thank you to Seville, Jasmine, Stefan, Anna and the rest of the team!! Highly recommend this place and i would shop here again for another vehicle. Cheers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great buying experience. I recently helped my mom buy a new car and Jack was our salesperson. He was so excellent, personable, patient - showed my mom all sorts of features, overall a great sales person. Chase the finance manager was also very personable and easy to deal with, no high pressure sales, we let them know our budget and they worked with us to get what my mom wanted. The facility is also very impressive, very clean bathrooms and an amazing coffee spot.
Chase and Jack deserve a full 5 star review.
For some reason, on the day we were were to pick up the Kicks, Jack was there but another sales person, Chris, took us through the vehicle. I really hope that Jack gets credit for the sale as he did all the work. This is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Chris led us to his desk, there was a dirty mask lying on the desk and I had to ask for him to remove it and sanitize, he also had very dirty finger nails and as I work in healthcare, I thought that was disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Northside Nissan highly enough. Jasmine helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and I could not be happier! She took me through the whole process and it was smooth and pain free. I found a vehicle I loved, ordered it, and had the keys in hand in less than three weeks. The staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to get to know you and your needs. Jasmine in particular went out of her way to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and I look forward to sending as many people her way as I can. Sev was also incredibly helpful and understanding. Together they make a great team. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought my new 2021 Kicks in July. From the inquiry to driving off the lot, everyone was absolutely amazing! The dealership is pretty nice, and I can't wait for my first service. Jack, Seville and Anastasia we met in person. Chase and Stefan we talked to on the phone. They were professional, friendly, funny and knowledgeable and I loved dealing with all of them. I got the exact vehicle and price that I wanted. Jack even called me on my birthday!! I recommend Northside Nissan to everyone and anyone I talk to because of the best customer service! Thank you!

I dealt with Cordell and he was very friendly and professional but best of all he was very very thorough. The attention to detail and his explanations on how everything worked and why were top notch. Best buying experience I have ever had at a car dealership.
The Sales Manager Stephan and Finance Manager Ana were equally professional and easy to work with. Both went out of their way to insure that we were satisfied with our transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Northside Nissan to any of my friends and family. Thanks to Cordell, Steph, and Ana.

Anastasia and Chase were highly professional and helped make the financial matters easy. And thanks to Seville, I was able to find the right colour and trim level.
