From the time I walked in the dealership doors to driving off the lot with my brand new Dodge, it was less than 72 hours. I was quite impressed. Applied for the financing the same afternoon I walked in. Dealt with a sales rep Wayne who showed us the vehicle we were interested in. The sales manager Justin and Rick were pretty awesome. Finance rep Justin B. and Chad really helped to make things happen. Their experience really showed! The next day I heard back the loan was approved, I came in to sign paperwork and the day after I was driving my new truck! Thanks guys!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Londonderry Dodge Chrysler Jeep. As you can see i gave 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to Ahmed Ali who went above and beyond. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentlemen to boot, but also a true professional. Thank you Ahmed you're the best! Shout out also to Rick Anderson for his kind and patience with all my requests and to wrap the deal up! More power and more sales to come....

I have only wonderful things to say about the service at Londonderry!! I needed an out of province inspection that was done with no issue - quickly and efficiently! I needed a new battery and by the next day all the work was completed. Everyone is super friendly (thank you Lucie!) And incredibly helpful (Thank you Camille!) All the 5 star reviews are deserved and helped me find this location and I hope it helps you find it as well! They now have a customer for life : )

My husband and I purchased a new Durango from here and the transaction was flawless. My husband did most of the deal over email which saved us time in the dealership. Our salesman Carter was friendly and knowledgeable, even giving us a follow-up call the next great. Our finance guy Justin got us a fabulous financing rate saving us money. Everything that was promised in our deal was delivered. Awesome customer service guys!!!!

The entire sales experience with Londonderry was exceptional. First I will comment in detail on what led us to end our long relationship with Ford and GM to drive over 3 hours to purchase from Londonderry Dodge/Ram. Our company was in need of a new super-duty diesel truck that was capable of pulling a fifth wheel trailer and we spent several weeks contacting Ford and GM dealerships across Alberta to find one. Despite the inventory supply shortage, we were able to find a few Ford F-350's and Denali 3500's, however; ALL of the dealerships we dealt with who had stock were extremely unprofessional. Moreover; there seems to be a trend right now by Ford and GM (won't stoop to naming specific dealers) to treat their customers poorly and to dramatically inflate the selling price of trucks on average at least $10-$20,000.00 ABOVE msrp. In addition to inflated pricing, these zero integrity dealers are demanding vehicle trade-ins (at below market value) to mark up and sell high, and then they are insisting that you finance the new vehicle. Supply and demand justifies selling at msrp, which is already well above dealer invoice, but further marking up the vehicle, taking a trade and paying the customer low and then selling it high, and demanding customers finance and pocketing the bonuses from the finance companies (and the manufacturer) on top is incredibly greasy. Again, I won't name the specific dealers, but basically every Ford and GM dealership in Alberta is doing this now and they seem happy to do so. We have never purchased a Dodge, Chrysler or Ram for our company fleet (other than a few Jeeps), but decided to look at a loaded 2022 Ram 3500 Dually megacab diesel that had just arrived at Londonderry. It too was priced slightly above msrp at $118,999.00 plus tax/fees as it was the ONLY new Ram 3500 dually available anywhere, but we decided to reject moving ahead on it after speaking to the salesperson. But the sales manager and the general manager contacted us the very next day and offered us a price that was more than fair in this current market, despite high interest in the truck from other customers. They also did NOT demand a trade-in vehicle, or that we finance the truck. They PDI'd the truck and had it ready for us when we arrived from Calgary and we were greeted by our by our salesperson and further assisted by the sales manager, the business manager and finally their general manager. All of whom were highly professional, considerate and genuinely committed to ensuring that we were well looked after and happy with the truck. The GM and parts manager have also been very helpful with questions about accessories for the truck since we purchased it. We have yet to use the truck (which on appearance, tech and interior quality alone is far superior to the Ford Platinum and GMC Denali) and are not sure about Ram over-all (yet) after always using GM and Ford vehicles. However; we will now be saying farewell to any and all future business with Ford and GM and purchasing ALL of our general use company vehicles from Londonderry in the future. If you want to be treated like garbage by deceitful and greedy dealerships, Ford and GM seem to be the place to go. If you want to be treated like your business is valued by non-pretentious, honest and down to earth people, visit Londonderry Dodge/Ram. It is well worth the drive to deal with honest and professional people.

My family is growing and we definitely needed a bigger vehicle. Rhett and Mitch were extremely helpful! I am sure we were vehicle shopping at the worst time, with microchip shortages and no new Durangos on the lot. Despite all of the COVID challenges that were out of the dealerships control, they were very helpful and made the process very smooth. We ordered a Durango from the factory and it came in sooner than we expected. We wanted to get after market stripes, which the dealership helped us out with. I 100% recommend getting your next vehicle at Londonderry Dodge!!!

I just bought a 2022 Jeep Compass Elite from this dealership. This had to be one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Very friendly staff, very helpful and they go above and beyond. The staff I dealt with are: Brayden and Carter (Sales Reps), Chris (Finance), Justin and Alex (Sales Manager's). They all get 5 Stars. The sales staff I dealt with were really nice young guys. Even after the sale was done and I was picking up my new compass the salesman Carter (he was helping Brayden) didn't rush through the delivery, he took is time and showed me everything about my new compass. It was really nice seeing this dealership giving young people a chance. It would be extremely hard to beat the customer service at this dealership. If the customer service in the Service Department is the same, then this is where I will get all service done on my new compass. I can't recommend this dealership high enough, I know when it's time for my next new vehicle this is where I will be going.

I went 2 times to get a suv I had a dodge journey and now a kia sportage. I happy with my sale guy Manny and the Finance people Chris and Denver. They made it very easy and actually listen to me. I will tell family and friends to come here if they interested in getting a upgrade or something for the first time. Thanks again
