★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went part about this place was after leaving numerous messages no one ever got back to me. I called the next day told the receptionist she then said sorry and will get Peter the owner to call well only 1 time out of 6 messages he called me back as I had some more questions to ask.
I gave up on this place and booked my vehicle in for the repairs some where else .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car died in store parking lot. With a friends recommendation I called Valk's Auto. Phil came to my house to pick me up, took me to my car where he successfully boosted. Followed me home to ensure all well. I had made appointment for oil change but didn't make it as car died again, had it towed. Valk's took such good care and did what had to be done speedily and reasonably priced. Friendly, courteous service. The premises are clean. Phil was kind enough to deliver my vehicle to my home. Went beyond what ever would have expected. Very happy lady and certainly recommend Valk's Auto. Thank you folks, you are appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such friendly and kind service. I found them through the AMA site when looking for someone to take a look at a cringe worthy grinding sound on my wheels. Not only did they quickly take care of the minor issue, but were very kind and great to deal with. I can’t thank them enough for helping me regain some kind of peace of mind driving down the highway to help my mother get to work safely during these stressful times. Thank you a million times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much improved! Friendly service, and reasonable price. They take the time to look after customers and they are honest about what is needed. I have never been pressured into making a decision and they don't do useless repairs for a quick cash grab. They inform what the recommended service is, but always let me know I can have it done at my next appointment or in the future. They know that I will keep coming back because of that level of customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dealing with Peter and his staff for years and would not think of going any where else! They are always accommodating and ensure we get the vehicles in when ever we need to. Even when there is a problem (like a light in the dash) I just call and they will help me to figure out if I need to come in right away or stop on my way home. Everyone at Valks is professional and wonderful to deal with. Love the new reception area !

Peter was so professional and nice, dropped me off at home, kept me updated on all the issues my car had on his worksite app and got me to approve the estimates before going ahead to fix all the issues. The price was good too. A month later my car had a minor issue related to a cracked vacuum line and Peter fixed it promptly with absolutely no charge. Great customer service. Thanks again Peter
