He explained to me what not getting my oil change in time does to my vehicle and what he would recommend to prevent this. This is definitely my new oil change spot cause I need my work done right. Also great that you don’t have to come out of your vehicle btw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience here today! All the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to create a comfortable and enjoyable encounter. Arch (possible Arg) in particular was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, cute, and all around a great guy to talk you through an oil change! Will definitely be coming back to this location :)

The first one I went into where we were offered tea and coffee while they are doing their job. Good job guys... keep doing what you do best. I will surely come back to have my other vehicle serviced here!!!!?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for their basic oil filter change. Not only did it cost me 200 with their scripted sales pitches but they caused damage to my car. While checking my coolant they failed to put the cap on properly and my cars coolant all evaporated and was left empty. I wouldn't think to check fluids right after they have been checked by so called professionals.
I did post on their facebook page about my experience with them, but they deleted and then blocked me. Great accountability and standing behind your work.
I would be leery to use them as i think their training is more sales based then knowledge on actual vehicles. They make commissions on up- selling. Do you think they actually are truthful then? They say the same thing to each customer. I sat in my car and heard it repeated twice to others right after me. I guess we all seem to have the exact same issues with our vehicles. Weird.
I don't expect them to be accountable for their errors but will ensure I share my experience so others don't have a costly bill due to having an oil change by a sales team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boys at LubeFX are amazing! I’ve visited quite a few shops between here and Calgary and this one was by far the best service! The boys were super quick to get me in and get my oil change done ✔️ And they also let me know of other repairs that I would need to get done and got me in quick for that as well! They also prefer to make sure their work is holding up and invited me back to have it checked! I will definitely be going back to them for other repairs as needed ?

Not only is this the most efficient and timely way to have my oil changed, but they also noticed a leak from my valve stem in a tire, replaced it, made sure the tire pressure was acceptable. Etc. I couldn’t say enough positive things about this establishment, honestly I feel like this is the place to go if you really care about your vehicle! It’s super nice not having to get under my car to change the oil myself lately! Thanks LubeFx!
