★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are stuck in the roll over cycle, you have a right to enter a payment agreement with the PayDay loan store you deal with. The can send your loan to a collector, but why would they if you pay them back.
They can charge you up to 60% annually and add a few late fees, but this is usually still far less than the fees you pay to roll over your loan. In Alberta you are paying an annual rate of 3,724% on your loans.
In a payment agreement you are protected from usury and are allowed to pay your debt in installments and at a rate that is far far below the roll over rate.
I gave 5 stars so that people would get a chance to read this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT SERVICE!, Smiles, quick!! Wish they would bring back the monthly loans. Don't like that I borrowed $1000 and am now making monthly payments! Borrowing a couple of hundred every month and paying it back at the beginning of the month was a lot more helpful. Now I have monthly payments and still need help every month :(
