Amazing group of staff that go out of their way to meet your needs. They always greet you with a smile and recognize frequent customers. I know they're more than just a financial establishment to myself and other customers. Also, the lobby is always (rather remarkably) spotlessly clean! I would highly recommend a visit to this location if you're considering it.

I have been a customer at this location for over 6 years with great service and help. I have no idea what happened or if it is under new management, but the current staff are absolutely horrible to deal with. They are nice to you on your initial visit because they want your money, after that they are the most rude people I have ever dealt with. After my fiancรฉ was severely injured we filed a claim with insurance which took over three weeks to get approved because Money Mart was refusing to do their job and send in the paperwork requested to insurance. The insurance company even tried to get a hold of them on multiple occasions. Even after the insurance was approved to cover payments while he is out of work, money mart continued to try to take money out of his account. When we called to tell them insurance was approved we were told by a male that they are short staffed and he does not have the time to deal with it, we requested a call back which we never got. After reaching out a second time a female answered, was so extremely rude, kept cutting us off and talking down to us, once I told her that insurance was approved she "suddenly" had a customer and refused to talk to me, she then hung the phone up on me. During all of our interactions with this Money Mart we have remained respectful as we just want to get to the bottom of this, but on their end they have been far from easy to deal with. Such a shame as we were both loyal Costumers to this specific location.
