★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I’ve ever loaned from. Four times in a course of 3 months these scumbags have taken out payments on the wrong dates and doubled up payments two days after one another . And have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. Everyone I’ve spoken too had been incompetent and un helpful. BUNCH OF THIEVES!
Talked to the manager and she was just as incompetent. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND REFUSE TO RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE!!!! First off, I was shocked how dirty the floors were, and the windows you talk threw where nasty! I came in for a loan a couple days ago and from the minute the “manager” Zen approached me I felt unwelcome!! She was rude, snappy responses, raised her voice for no reason at all and very unprofessional! I was asking questions because I never got a loan before and I wouldn’t have needed one if it wasn’t an emergency! My friend told me to go there but after what I dealt with she said she will go to a different location because she has had a similar experience! I ended up leaving flustered and went to Cashco on 137th and they where fabulous, I suggest going threw a different company if you want to be treated with respect!! If I could give -5 stars I would!
