Run. They do not fully explain the implications of the extra insurance documents. When asked for a revised statement (cancelled the insurance within the 30-day period) after declining the insurance, they didn’t even have a way of sending me revised loan period documents. I had to ask for some kind of statement which the guy Made it seem like would have to be made up especially for me. They talk to you like you aren’t intelligent enough to understand even the most basic financial information and that I was stupid for even asking. The only person I would deal with is Pradeep. But even she did not fully explain before signing me up for products I didn’t need and would have to pay interest on.

Never again. Horrible experience. Do not use Fairstone unless you have money to throw away or are in a brutal situation with absolutely no other options. I'd rather beg for money on the street than deal with this company ever again. My partner and I both have excellent credit scores and were still paying almost 40% interest.... totally outrageous. And the lady we dealt with was beyond uneducated. She couldn't explain anything properly and contradicted herself constantly.

I have dealt with John and Aaron at this Fairstone location on several occasions and have had excellent service. This time was no exception! Aaron is great to deal with, really knows his stuff, and is patient enough to get me up to speed when I need a little more guidance. I highly recommend doing business with these guys!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Fairstone. We needed to add to our loan as our pet got sick and needed emergency surgery. We called and spoke with Aaron Boyce, he was absolutely amazing. He got us the money we needed, even was most gracious when we needed to push up our appointment to an earlier time, as the surgery was scheduled ASAP. I am sure he must have given up his lunch hour to help us out, but he went above and beyond for us. I am most happy to announce that our pet made it through the surgery and is doing well. If it had not been for Fairstone, we would have most definitely lost our beloved pet. Once again, Fairstone, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I do not recommend dealing with this branch. The lady there is amazing, but the manager Owen was so rude and not very professional. He refused to give me my account number after I asked numerous of times so that I could pay the rest of a missed payment of $109.46. He kept asking me personal questions that he has no business knowing.

A guy by the name of Cody called me from there. Said I had been for a $10,000 loan because I had used them before. Told him never used their company before for any reason. Scam or not told him not interested. Firstly, he said he had to look up my account (what account?). I think it might be a scam!

Bumped up this review to 3 stars as James is really helpful. He understands what the situation is and does not judge. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OWEN --- I appreciated the loan they gave me during these tough times. When I had arranged a skip payment for the month of October 2021, the payment still went through. So, I called the branch and spoke with Owen, who seems to be the assistant manager, and explained that I needed the extra funds for the current month. He then told me that there is nothing he can do, and they would just skip the November 2021 payment. (WHICH AGAIN I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED THE FUNDS FOR OCTOBER 2021) He then raised his voice without even apologizing and he only had ONE OPTION for me. I had to contact an area manager, TOM, who was able to do something about my situation and wrote me a cheque. So, I hope that FAIRSTONE owners would read this and re-evaluate this OWEN as he is very unprofessional and does not know what he is doing.

Anayat is very very rude, and I would never trust her with my credit information, Worst customer service, does not listen. Had a great experience with James prior, and would appreciate if he was the only agent that ever called me.
