Very rude and unprofessional!! When you walk in no one greets you or asks if you need any help !! It like there Mad that you walked into their store ! I bought 2 sets of extentions the other day and when I got home I realized I bought the wrong ones they weren't clip ins like I thought . I called immediately if I could exchange them for the ones I need ! & she was like no final sale.. like really how unprofessional they weren't even opened . Last time I step foot in this place . I'll go else where .

Where do I begin??. Horrible horrible customer service. This business needs to be run by professional customer service representatives or simply SHUT THE DOORS!!! Very discourteous. In paying for my product I tapped my bank card and she told me it didn't go through and asked me to tap it once more so I mistakenly did so WITHOUT asking for proof that it didn't. When I got home later that evening I checked my bank and showed the money came out twice. I would be apt to give them the benefit of the doubt but you gotta wonder when dealing with such sour faces EVERYTIME you go in there....was it on purpose??? Mmmmm. I now need to pick up myself and go all the way over there tomorrow to solve this issue and NOBODY is paying for my gas (which by the way is 1.39 a liter at Costco) I hope this was an honest "mistake" and a ONE AND ONLY time occurrence. Check your banking app b4 you leave the store so you don't haveto return to rectify the issue. Nobody is paying for your gas but you to be driving all over town to get your money back!!!! Ludicrous. I will be updating after my visit. I pray it was an honest mistake but God is watching the whole situation and I don't want to falsely accuse anyone. Too bad though, they do have a great selection of products. Both my daughters quit buying from them because of very poor treatment and their sour faces.:((( Can we call the BBB? UPDATE: So I returned the very next day and presented my banking app to the cashier who cashed out my order the previous day. She said she has to call head office and check something or another. The owner of the establishment was standing close by and she whispered something to her in her native tongue. After hanging up from "head office" she put my refund on the counter without even so much as an apology. Wow!!!!! It almost seemed like they were caught in their fraud and mad about it. Like I said, it's too bad because they have good products. They really need some good competition like Hera hair store in Calgary. It's an emporium. I hope I never ever need to go back there for anything. Check your receipts people. Just sayin.

Im not sure why bad reviews are on here? I have found staff nice and always try to answer my questions. I go on Saturdays.

Best hair store I've been to so far I love it there even the goldy lips lip gloss makes your lips so smooth and moisturize verything there is perfect.

Paid $200 for real human blondish hair, (so they said.) Their human hair is mixed with synthetic hair. Matted and tangled almost immediately. Came out in clumps. Worst money I ever spent. 2 weeks later I tried to get some money back, they refused and would do nothing. Talk about backing up their products.Horrible experience.

Wow this place is huge. Found anything that I needed. Customer service is improving and you have to give a thumbs up for that. Good experience.

Very rude elderly lady at cashier. She always looks at me like I’m stealing something but I just take forever to choose something. I picked up a pair of lashes and I put them in the durag section cause I didn’t want them anymore, she gave me the stink eye several times and asked me where the lashes were, she told me not to put it there , and told me to bring it back. Like what the hell. Poor service much.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are so rude. They don’t say thank you or hi they barely use their words especially the old lady. I dread going into that store because of the workers and I only go because it’s close to my house and convenient if not I would never step foot in there! It sucks because they have great products. I really hope they see these reviews and change their ways or they will definitely be going out of business
