★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was employed there for about a year. the store itself was great, but the management was extremely toxic. The employees of this location would talk bad about customers through their ear pieces, as well as the managers would constantly ignore me as i tried to communicate via text and email, this including when i sent my 2 weeks in, they ignored it and kicked me out of the log in. I’m very upset and dissatisfied with the way the management treats customers and their own employees.

They usually have a very good selection of scents that are neutral or on the masculine side but this time it was all flowers, coconuts and sweet scents. Please get in a larger variety of scents that are inclusive to those partial to not having their car smell like a daiquiri from some tropical island.

She answered them all perfectly and it helped alot. Once I had decided, I was helped by Haley at the register. She was also phenomenal. She was so kind and courteous. She made me feel like my purchase mattered and that she was there to help. Just a great experience. I picked up 2 different aromatherapy products for 2/$24.50. A decent deal in Mid Nov. Prolly better in December though. I recommend shopping here. They work hard for your business and it shows. Thanks all at The Derry Bath and Body!
