I like the self serve tills because I’m usually just buying a bottle of water or something small and I’ve never had to wait in line for one of these tills. The store itself is very clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly.

On sale for $14.49 + tax Friendly cashier Previous visits - 1 ☆ rating Their pharmacist sucks He's an older male and cannot even pronounce my name properly He's never friendly and his voice is so loud, unprofessional and I've been served by this person a couple of times and there were no improvements in his style of customer service As a result I moved my business to another Shoppers drug mart location

We went there and a older woman and a younger girl were working and we had a package from embark dna that needed to be sent to them. Stamps are already on it so we were good to go so we thought. First they said they can't accept USPS and said to find the nearest location. Well the nearest location is in the states so how exactly does that work? So I went back and she's like oh yeah we can send that you just need to fill out this QR customs form and we were under the impression we could just do that customs form when we got home, she took our package without saying that the customs form needs to go with the package so then we had to go all the way back and I just grabbed my package and left. You guys seriously need to train your employees better this was absolutely embarrassing on your end.

I suggest he works on the way he speaks to customers before even working in the public sector. Guys lucky I'm not a secret shopper other wise he would be facing some consequences from his superiors. Be better, do better Brian, not even joking.

The store is in the the Londonderry Mall so there are washroom facilities available within the mall. The store is like a large convenience store. The main thing about the store is the pharmacy and it is large and easily accessible. I like Shoppers and have always had a good experience. I like the points card because you can use the points at Superstore.
