★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked on a Sunday morning, my original lash tech that I had booked with cancelled and I was rebooked with a different tech. She was obviously very new to doing lashes and I was still charged the same as if I had booked in the experienced lash tech. She did the lashes and was very nice and I bought cleanser to take care of the lashes. The lashes started shedding almost immediately and all the lashes to fell out 24 hours later. It took me 2 days going back and forth with different people to get my service partially refunded. They are not very professional and while they did offer to redo the service, I did not want to waste more time and money going there. I would not book aesthetic services here, there is a reason why they are significantly cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience by far. D made me feel at home and not to mention, she did a phenomenal job on my lashes. I am beyond pleased to have met her and will continue to do other services there. I cant thank her enough for executing that extra volume I wanted.
Away from that she gave me a visor to help protect my lashes from getting wet after the recommended 24 hour mark. Very knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience. All the machines they use are top of the line, I had my first skin tightening with Deanna. She was so friendly and knew her stuff. Cant wait to try everything else now as I seen a 60% reduction of my forehead wrinkles. BEST FACIAL EVER!

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease, what a great environment. Lexi was very helpful and explained the procedure while I waited for the nurse. Once I was escorted into the room nurse Sam made me feel completely at ease. She was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the procedure.
Highly recommended and I will be back. Big thanks to the the little lash room team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I got my lashes done there I was notttt happy, they pretty much all fell out within a week. Because I had paid for a two-week fill already with the Groupon, I asked to switch lash techs because I figured it was a application problem because I did not do anything to make them fall out like that. I reached out and Candice said she could do my fill. It was a complete change compared to my first time there! She said they have some newer student techs there, hence my first bad set, and that she would fix my lashes up nice. I’m not here to name and shame the other tech I saw, but I will say GO TO CANDICE!!! She made me feel comfortable and safe and was amazing at communication!! Such a sweetheart! 10/10 experience and lash set with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to write this review because the person who did my lashes is the sweetest and kindest soul! I really like this establishment's decor, customer service and overall the visual experience you get when you walk in. Place is generally clean, and sanitized. However, more important than all of this is the quality of the service and unfortunately it was not up to par. My lashes (I got hybrid) lasted only 4 days. The lash wash I bought from them burned my eyes and made them red, so I had to use an old lash shampoo to take care of them. Shedding was excessive, clumps of lashes were falling out. The service also only took 1.5 hours, whereas hybrid lashes on my lashes take closer to 3 hours because I have thicker lashes. This was unfortunately a disappointing experience. I just ask that the establishment pay close attention to their client retention and to check in with their clients, because my lashes should look fresh after 4 days, but they are all fell out sadly. I am writing this as someone who has worked in the beauty field and customer care, if you want to succeed in your business please consider switching your lash shampoos and doing precise lash work.
