Let's see you try and speak Chinese oh wait you probably only know one language. I disagree with below comment from Alex, this is a fine and friendly Canada post along with fairly fast service.

We went there and a older woman and a younger girl were working and we had a package from embark dna that needed to be sent to them. Stamps are already on it so we were good to go so we thought. First they said they can't accept USPS and said to find the nearest location. Well the nearest location is in the states so how exactly does that work? So I went back and she's like oh yeah we can send that you just need to fill out this QR customs form and we were under the impression we could just do that customs form when we got home, she took our package without saying that the customs form needs to go with the package so then we had to go all the way back and I just grabbed my package and left. You guys seriously need to train your employees better this was absolutely embarrassing on your end.

I have to go back and retrieve my mail back as I have forgotten to include one document. They truly valued my time, knowledgeable and made sure they addressed my concern. Thank you guys.

Still took the time to answer people’s questions and keep it moving quickly and I really appreciated that they found the best solutions for the folks ahead of me in line rather than just taking their money and sending them on their way. I didn’t catch her name, but the younger brunette woman is a rockstar!
