Hello everyone I just want to aware you guys this food store in Londonderry mall called vitality health food store is justAwafull don’t even think to go there.Worst customer experience ever I order my product and paid full price.I visited there so many times to pick my stuff they told me some one already picked up i was very surprised who can pick my stuff without my permission.First thing no one called me my product cameAnd also they not giving my money back and on the top the owner said I need to pay anthor30Dollar to get my product back that I paid already I have my bank statement that showed I paid my money.They are so rude.Gid knows how many Custmer they are ripping of.Discusting place.I am going to the human rights.They can’t be rich with my 60Dollar. Fraude peopleBe aware.

Don't bother going here. Prices here are double or triple what is available online. But the most annoying part is that only a small fraction of the merchandise has prices, so you have to bring everything you're interested in up to the till to have them scan it (but they can't scan if another payment is pending). There was only one other person that came in the store while I was there, and she asked the same question that I did, "Why aren't there prices on anything?". If time and staffing are such an issue, then why doesn't the owner just have prices marked under the product on the shelf? I think it's a gimmick to try and get you to purchase what you bring up to the till, regardless of the outrageous price.

Never have been or seen the store. Reading reviews is one of the best and convenient ways to make a decision about going to a business. Spending money on fuel for your vehicle is a waste of money if you don't read the reviews. Looking for a health food store to buy a few items and due to these reviews and reading more negative comments than positive comments we will not go out of our way to go to this store. Waste of fuel and time. Too bad.

I recently paid way more for a bottle of vitamins here than I previously paid for the same exact product at Optimum Health in Oliver Square ($7.60 to be exact!). Nothing is ever priced at this store and if you ask what the price of something is, the sales staff act as if it is a huge imposition to them because they have to scan the item. On this particular day I didn't want to bother the lone sales person on staff so went ahead with my purchase of 2 items and was shocked when I got back home and saw what it had cost me! If they are too busy/lazy to price individual items, they should at the very least, put the price on the shelf like other places do. On another occasion a couple years ago I went there only because my supplements were on sale. The clerk scanned and asked me for the full amount of the bottle, which I had to then point out was actually on sale and she had to look at the flyer and adjust the price manually for me. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would've been ripped off then too. I will never NEVER shop at this location again. From now on I will go to the Northgate location or Optimum Health.

Very nice & caring staffs. Good listening skills to my request for the best micronutrients for brain health. I think the staffs on duty was Caroline & Kurrima. We are getting excellent results using the products recommended. Thank You wonderful ladies !

Went in this store at Londonderry Mall today and the woman working in the store was talking to a customer about the weather and storms and how it's all going to continue until everyone goes on Sunday and shows they believe. Then the customer starts a video on his phone (supposedly a Dr. talking) and the video is all about how everyone who got the shots is going to Die in 3-5 years and if you get the booster it's a guarantee. He says there is no medicine to help. Says that it will be from blood clots.. and you can test for the small blood clots with a T- test. Anyway the whole time we were walking around the store trying to find something and the woman working there never even looked at us. As we were leaving she was asking the customer for a copy of the video. It was a terrible and stressful experience and I will never step foot in there again!!

For years I've asked..Why don't you have prices on many things? RESPONSE..when you come to till it will show and so much stock comes in there's no time to price stock( clever response ). ..WHAT??? Nope..that's not how it works in many stores! So I have to go back to till numerous times to ask for price..sometimes she's engaged in conversation at LENGTH so I have to wait which irritates me because if there were prices I'd get what I need and go and be ok to wait in line. I'm not comfortable that the huge possibility is you make up prices along the way at the till and I get hit with paying more( makes me feel deceived and uncomfortable ) Stopped going there due to their justification in why they don't put prices on many things. ?

I came to this store to get help with my allergies. There are days when I sneeze continuously, like non-stop to the point when my head becomes very hazy and feels pressure. I have tried allergy pills and antihistamine, but nothing works. I have even consulted an allergy specialist who just labelled it as non-allergic rhinitis and gave me steroids, which do not help. I asked the staff if there is anything I could try. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They recommended Allergy Relief with Deep Immune from St Francis. And for once, I found something to counteract my sneezing. The allergy relief soothes my sinuses and gives me breathing time. It tastes bad at first, but after awhile, I got used to it. It is well worth it after years of being desperate for help. The staff also recommended me Quercetin pills. These pills help with the head and face swelling and allow me to be functional during the day. The day used to be a write off when I started sneezing, but with these products I have a fighting chance against my crazy allergies!
