J	Johnny T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store last week. While I was impressed with the selection, the lady working made a horrible impression. An impression so bad that I will most likely never return to this store. I went to purchase some liquid B12 which was available and paid for it.Then she suggested a B complex after I already paid for the B12. I asked her some questions and I found her responses very flakey but i decided to give the b complex a try. I went to pay for the b complex and my transaction went through. Then she asked if I wanted to have my phone number in their system and I agreed. Then she was doing a few things and I noticed she was taking her time in putting my number in the system. I started to get restless as i had to make it to a job site and was on lunch break. Then she hands me the interac machine again expecting me to pay for the b complex that I just paid for. I told her I already paid a minute ago and she told me I didn't which really pissed me off. She then realized where the receipt of my purchase was. Then tried to blame it on that I made two separate payments on interact and started giggling like this was funny. I didn't find it funny one bit and left quite agitated. If someone is going to be that flakey and not be able to answer customer's questions properly.Then forget a minute after a purchase is made that the purchase happened and have the audacity to tell the customer they didnt pay when I had the receipt in my bag. Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It is a shame cause the store has a lot of good products but as long as that woman is working there, I will not return and will not recommend this store to anyone
M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The treatment I received doesn't even warrant one star!!!! I can't post unless I click on one star....The short woman with the dark hair was beyond rude. I WILL never step foot into Vitality Health again at the Capilano location...or maybe any other. This individual was condescending, abrasive, dismissive, the poster woman for rude. Absolutely no sense of etiquette. The kicker is, THE STORE WAS EMPTY!!! I asked her a simple question, well, the heavy sigh was like her final breath...

She cannot deal with the public and is beyond condescending, sonething is extremely wrong with her. Observed her argue with a customer while in I was in the store. Very unprofessional lady, she needs psychiatric help

Most of the products are natural and organic, however, I must warn, the products here are pretty pricey, you could spend $20 on a lotion here, but honestly, for a chemical - free lotion, it might actually be worth the price. The store is usually clean. 25% off discount happens on the 1st Tuesday of every month for customer appreciation. The old lady who works at the store is of likeable character.

The usual, even if you have already a specific idea on what to get, a little browsing is always a welcome treat. I felt offended by the way the sales lady today at about 3:15 PM to be exact gave me the feeling that I cannot be trusted whilst I was reading some labels. She even ask me if I was angry, wonder what gave her that idea or wonder why she would think I should be for that matter. A little courtesy for people making your business continue will go a long way. Honest dollars being spent here. After reading all the other reviews, whoever owns this establishment should train or hire new sales people to represent their company. Read your reviews and make some staff changes otherwise your business will be close in no time at all coz nobody including me will either return or suggest your location???????????????????
B	Booby Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the strore with my sister to return a product around 12 pm Feb 18/2020 , the old lady would not accept a product intact. One look at her eyes and I knew she was a psycho. Absolute bats**t crazy, she started an argument with my sister while another customer was inside the store besides that the place was empty. Went to their reviews and it's no wonder why this store has 2 stars they deserve zero. I've never in my life seen a store employee talk to a custoner like that, a part of me wanted to record but I didn't because I believe that the old might actually suffer from some form of mental illness, she's not all up there on top of that she had the gall to call my sister a sand N-word. It's a mircle this place us still in business.

Margie always goes above and beyond to explain products to me, along with her recommendations for how to use them. I'll continue to shop here and enjoy the selection, as well as the service!
D	D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t get over how bad the customer service is in this store. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and second/third chances, but I’m done shopping at this location. I don’t expect to have a red carpet rolled out for me, but maybe a Hello or Goodbye or Thank You would be nice. It’s a shame because it’s so close to me. I’ll make the drive to Optimum Health, far better prices/supply/friendly and helpful staff.
