I was rudely cut off and told to "suck my lemons little girl." Now frankly I am absolutely disgusted and uphauled by this service and think that this is ridiculous considering I've been a loyal customer to the store for 3 years, as has my family of 5 and I am now strongly passionate in our decision to ever return to this health food store and as I have recorded the call I plan to show and demonstrate to those the how true colours seem to shine through when dealing with a clearly just confused customer.

In the past I have had good experiences with the previous manager but that's not the case with the new one. When trying to ask a question I received a very snappy response instead of a calm answer. I was trying to explain my situation but it was as if she did not care to hear it. She was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable while I was still in the store. She needs to brush up on those "customer service" skills. Unfortunately, because it was the manager who gave me attitude I don't think I will be returning to this location. On a positive note, the girl working there(Lisa) was very nice and helpful. In my opinion she should be the manager.
A	A Cara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give half or 0 stars I would. Worst customer service, I am a repeat customer (have been for a few years). They got plenty of my business. I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase of a protein powder, spent $75 in one purchase. They did absolutely nothing, store credit, exchange for another product for something else that I could actually use. Complete waste of $ And product. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. Horrible to say, small businesses in Whitby lack customer value no wonder small businesses in the mall are closing.

Thanks to the cashier, now 3 of her customers (including me) know: -how outdated their system is and that her 80+yo cheap boss will not spend a single cent to upgrade; -how she has to physically count products one by one and phone for orders; how manual things are in the store; -how she has to work 7 days a week without rest day; -how badly she values her mental health... bla bla bla bla. I was thinking please just let people pay. The moment I walked out, she literally screamed "Oh God, I don't want to train new employee". She is definitely burnout and I feel sorry for her. All the best to her.

I will never go back there again after many, many years of shopping there. Customers have the right to feel safe and staff need to follow the rules!
