They're refusing to deliver mail because of 2 inches of snow. If you're afraid of walking in snow, what are you doing in Edmonton?

I had an express mail sent to me ($14 fee "fast" delivery) with cash a month ago from stony plain (30 minute drive away). after an ENTIRE MONTH it still has NOT been delivered. I received a letter in the mail from "Joe" who said the snow is making it unsafe to deliver my mail after I used the snow blower 3 times in a single day! this Joe guy should be fired, he probably stole the money from my mail that's why he's not delivering it, it's not the 1 inch of snow on my sidewalk stopping him from delivering it that's for sure!

C	Cas Flanagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For months now we have been forced to use Delton to receive our mail given that there are currently no mailboxes that work in our apartment building. Delton is supposed to be forwarding our mail to the post office in Claire view for us to pick up but they have not been doing this. The post office has told us to call them or go there between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm M-F but this is very difficult to do when you work during the day. When we have managed to be able to call only once has someone answered and forwarded our mail on. Most of the time no one answers the phone, there is no option to leave a message, and when we have been able to leave a message no one calls back. This is not okay as I physically need to have my mail to be able to access my disability benefits through the card I am mailed every month. Getting very frustrated and fed up.
