★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent 4 packages the other day at this location. No issues, the lady was very professional.
Fast forward to today July 31, 1:20pm. I attempt to send the exact same packages. The lady told me it was going to cost 5x what I previously paid and that my packages were oversized. I've been sending these packages for months at various locations. I've never had a problem until today. Not only was the lady very rude and unprofessional. She lied to me about the rates and services Canada post has to offer and didnt even check the parameters of my package.
All other locations weigh my package, measure it with a ruler and use the guide to see if my package fits the slot.
The lady who was working at kingsway on July 31 2020 at 1:20 pm was not correctly doing her job. I will be filing a complaint with Canada post and further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put extra weight on the scale to inflate shipping costs. By far the most expensive post office to ship packages from. I’m absolutely appalled with this post office. I will definitely be taking my small business elsewhere. If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would give this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never pick up the phone. Speaking with Shoppers Drug Mart customer service, they rudely say "you're just going to have to wait on the line for the post office to take your call." Okay, but after 25 minutes straight (3 separate occasions), I'm inclined to believe that they purposely just do not pick up. I have yet to ever have them pick up, so you just have to go and deal with their rude front desk employees in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Filipino lady with short hair is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I received very poor customer service from her yesterday evening, just really rude and unhelpful for no reason, prefers to argue rather than offer solution. This is the second time I'm receiving bad service from her, I'll just do a U-turn now whenever I see her. Very terrible personality!
