β β β β β Horrible customer service. This is my first time I have come to use their western union inside the Safeway, she was very rude and her attitude was unfriendly. I will not recommend this location, till Melanie change the way she services to the customers.

β β β β β Initiated a transaction 2 days ago only to find out from recipient that 'funds' on hold! Whatever that means. Now arrived 8.10am at Safeway WU to find out what's going on only to be told 'we don't open till 9am', meanwhile website states clearly 'open 8am to 9pm'. Staff were there who could have responded to my enquiry but chose to stay in their office presumably consuming coffee. As DJT would say, SAD
