★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable experience and service regarding Covid booster vaccine. Called ahead to book in for appointment, girl who answered phone stated that they were not taking appointments for vaccines and I could “walk in” because they had open vial of Pfizer that needed to be used. When I arrived at pharmacy and provided my Albert HealthCare Card, the pharmacist, stated I was “too young” to have a third vaccine and refused to provide services. When I stated that I left work to attend this appointment and I worked in dental, he stated again he would not provide a vaccine because he “had to open a new vial” and I should have provided my age when I had called. Pharmacist was rude, abrupt and dismissive. Find another pharmacy to accommodate your needs.
