B	Bill Elter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two issues. First issue caused me to change to a new pharmacy. Bad when these guys give you someone else’s injection and your doctor pre op had to phone them to say they are using that patients medication. Second problem: They don’t check for drug reactions. Been on two drugs now for a few years and starting to get sick as I’m having doctors reinvestigate. Appears metformin and cimetidine react. Cimitidine causes the plasma levels to rise for metformin which leads to lactic acidosis! Thanks a bunch!!! ? ? this pharmacy should be closed! At this rate they will kill someone!

The other day I went in to buy some halls, I set them on the counter she scanned them, and than rudely throw them back at me. So I paid and when she hand me the receipts she also throw that at me. I understand if you're having a bad day but don't take it out on the customers. I've been served by this lady a couple times unfortunately I never have gotten her name but she needs to change her mood or find another job.

R	Rene' Attwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this Rexall on 82 street since they opened and while I have had good business dealings with the staff I have found that the Pharmacist Randeep takes things to a different level. Always TRUELY listening to the customer and caring about there thoughts and feelings. Randeep is an great example of what a pharmacist should be.
J	Jordan Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rexall is separate from the Medicentre inside, they don't control it. The pharmacy which is Rexall, is always great and very helpful. Haven't had any issues in 5+ years I've been using their services. The Medicentre is a Medicentre.. It really depends on the day you are there. Sometimes it's a long wait and sometimes it's a quick in and out. But one thing that can be annoying is that the automated system you get upon calling, doesn't tell you if they're appointment only that day.
H	Hamoodi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Rexall ever. All of the ladies working in the pharmacy are rude and you have to wait at least 10 minutes to even be greeted . It’s almost like it’s protocol to be rude to customers. Once they greet you reluctantly ; you’ll wish you went to another pharmacy instead . Cashiers at the front of the store were very friendly and helpful.
E	Emmy Lawsum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for prescription and the employee in the pharmacy who stands at drop off was talking badly about the previous customer she had just interacted with to her coworkers. It was said extremely loud also. The customer wasn’t being rude or anything, just asked her a question. With that being said, the employee who helped me with my pickup was extremely nice and easy to talk to.
B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy is unprofessional and will waste your time. I dropped off a prescription and was told it would take 15 minutes to fill. I waited in store, so I walked around and eventually made my way back to the pharmacy area. After 30 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter to see if my prescription had been filled. It was just sitting there. The little assistant could SEE me waiting but apparently she couldn’t be bothered to let me know it was finished. What a joke. How about you have the common decency to actually advise people when their items are ready.
