★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to charge $1.71 for air when everywhere else is $1.50. Machine wouldn’t take my tap so I went in to get change and they refused to give me change after making it clear I would pay début to get the change to use the air machine. Snobby people who look down on you and think there better for just trying to get air. Useless support another 711 that will respect you will trying to shop in there facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to stop my toddler from eating her chicken, omg it was so undercooked I hope she does not get sick tonight ??this was sooo wrong and it wasn’t just her it was all our pieces. But spuds were good. 2nd time this has happened to us same location too. It use to be good idk what happened ?♀️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in around noon, manager was yelling at one of her staff in a language I didn't understand. Employee was obviously in serious distress. What kind of professional yells at their employees so bad they look like they're going to cry, let alone in front of customers? I left without buying anything, don't want to support a store with someone like that as a manager. Maybe corporate should make her go to anger management, seems like she needs it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees of this store are great, but the manager seems very abusive. I come to this store pretty often, and the manager is always screaming at her employees. A few times some of the staff looked like they were about to cry. Today I came in to buy some food and the manager (she wasn't wearing her uniform but I recognize her from before) was SCREAMING at this poor woman, I felt so bad for her. The store and its employees are great, but I won't be coming back here again because of how terribly the manager treats her employees in front of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an individual pizza and when I got work to eat it the pizza was so hard a person couldn't even bite it. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed that it was served and with nothing I could do about it I went my whole graveyard shift with nothing to eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed a younger boy probably around 5-7yrs old wanting to use around $5 dollars in USD to pay for his things, he gave them a $20 CAN as well, the total would have costed $25 for him but they would not take USD. the poor little boy was running around the store asking for spare change from strangers, and I kindly offered to pay for his things. I personally think the cashiers should have let this slide since the boy was so young and his parents were no where in sight. kindness over money always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my favourite one. Always busy. Needs a up date and a thorough cleaning. Probably one of the most used in Edmonton so no one’s fault. In a pinch, it’s open staff are friendly it has snacks, meals, drinks, and fuel. Air for tires also. It’s connected to some good things also.
