★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at Cure Care Pharmacy!!! I booked my Covid vaccine here on May 5 and confirmed my appointment once again by phone call on the 11th. However, when I went there for the vaccination on the 14th after having driven half way through the city, the pharmacist easily tells me there's no appointment by my name!!! I even showed him my phone records and he blatantly denied having booked the appointment. The pharmacy does not value people's time especially in times as this!!! I have a little baby in the NICU who i left and came to get this done!!! This incident shows their careless insensitivity and their unprofessional attitude!!! I gave 1 star only because there's no way to give a zero!!! Stay away from this place for your own good!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignored ten minutes in line without a hello or acknowledgement with one customer served already and guy behind the counter (not pharmacist) wasn't wearing a mask in a PHARMACY. Very odd pharmacy experience - we won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very lucky. Cure Care was one of the few places in Edmonton I could get a kit. And while I was there, I got my booster vax. The Pharmacist had an opening or cancellation and my timing was spot on. Highly recommend these fine people.
