★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Group 3 property management worst ever my chimney stack got blown off by the wind I have been trying to contact them to repair it they ignore all my calls I told the mantince manager he said I will get fixed that was a month ago I called yesterday the lady said someone will call you tomorrow never happened. Guess I have to fix it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complex is full of thieves and drug addicts!! My kids had two bikes stolen and my car was just hit and run in the parking lot over night. As well there are bed bugs!! Stay Away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property management just takes your condo fees and does not do anything, and if they do its half ass and doesnt last.. this place is full of crackheads and drug dealers stay away at all costs and dont buy like i did.. biggest mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management and upkeep. They never cleaned garbage, responded to complaints, and if they fixed anything, it was done slowly and only halfway completed. Some neighbors can be noisy, inconsiderate, and bizarre as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management here is completely incompetent. This is shown by their poor maintenance as well as lack of professionalism. They do not notify you when they give another company the right to use your parking spot, which they make you pay for. They do not return voice mails to address any of these issues. You are better off living elsewhere, it is very mediocre here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property management is unbelievable my family moved here in August and first we had garbage bins by parking etc well now their gone so people throw their garbage where ever; winter time comes no one shovels the main walk like the management says (why do we pay condo fees) my husband chipped away overt 1ft thick of ice where they repeatedly kept putting the deicer salt and it just caused build up worse then before the number here never gets answered for complaints you have to go through a group three company .. The most stressful place to live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo board and management are impossible to contact. Extreme mismanagement of funds. Poor management of upkeep. Board and property manger charge condo owners outrageous amounts for menial tasks such as cleaning there office and shovelling sidewalks without legitimate consultation of residents or bidding from other legitimate contractors, then stick residents with the bill. Obstain from any financial responsibility In regards to unnecessary work and then pass off outrageous bills to low income residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trees are cut down without permission from owner and some do not impede on anything, while trees hitting windows eavestroughs roofs etc are left. I have contacted them twice regarding neighbors tree hitting my cindo and nothing, yet they cut a beutiful Spruce out of my yard for no reason. Years of requesting rotten fence be replaced and many promises and put offs they did not replace main posts some boards(used) put back on. Did not paint the 2 new cross boards, put neighbors boards on my side which are totally different color as I actually painted my whole fence in and out and neighbor did not. If your looking for a condi to buy please know the condo assoc here is very negligent, You will end up doing it yourself at your own cost even though your paying condo fees.
