★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the worst place I have ever rented!..I wouldn't even give it one star. First of all there was mice when we moved in, but was told there was no mice problems.
When there was a problem with appliances or other matinace issues they took months to deal with it.Now the new management that took over is even worse, they are unorganized in the main office and have a very disrespectful lady that has no experience managing it. The buildings are run down, no vents over stove top ..ect.If Roseland village townhouses were to get an inspection from the city they probably wouldnt even pass inspection.Strongley advise renting other properties.
