I do subcontracting through Rohit and when it comes down to dollars , it's a good bang for your buck. Modern design on a 3 story floorplan complete with stainless steel appliances. Also , there's schools and a multi use path right in the back. A well established neighborhood .

Lovely place to live, the sales manager; Daphne Chan is exceptional and good- hearted. She is always helpful, patient and looks out for you.

It’s a really pleasant neighbourhood to live in. The area manager, Daphne Chan, has been nothing but amazing! She has been helpful throughout the entirety of the home buying process and constantly goes above and beyond to make it a stress free experience.

The house is fantastic in a really great neighborhood. Love the fact that it is close to schools, Namao, henday, etc. I went into the show home to reconnect with Daphne Chan today, realizing that she didn't even know I purchased a place here. It was my friend who referred me to Daphne. Afterwards, I found a realtor to continue assisting with my search for a new place as it was quite troublesome to arrange all the appointments myself. I went to see at least 20 houses before I settled on Rohit. I asked my realtor to make sure Daphne was included for the commission as she was super helpful during the process. Later, I was directed to all my inquiries to George Fahmy instead. Apparently, there was zero communication within Rohit management. Daphne mentioned that my friend would receive a referral fee but it never appeared. Now I understand why. George never once notified Daphne that we were purchasing. Instead, he squeezed her out of the picture and took her commission. Hence, my friend got no referral fee as well. It was a pain to work with George. We had to drive 40km to sign documents with a commissioner, which was fine if that was the only time required. No. We had to go and sign extra documents for a total of three times due to lack of knowledge/preparation of George. We are obviously not the first buyer at Rohit. How come there were missing documents multiple times? After knowing all this drama happening behind the scene, I am extremely disappointed with Rohit management and I demand them to rectify this problem as soon as possible.
