Little confusing finding a house but it's in a 1 block area so you can just do a quick circle of the property, well maintained

Nice suites. Washer/dryer included. The lightswitches are placed wierdly. The tub is way to shallow for a satisfying bath.

Clean, garages an option. 2-3 bedrooms, 6 appliances, cats ok with deposit. Maintenance crew! Great rates for so close to the down town and 2 elementary and k-9 schools nearby, with playground and splash park nearby!

I booked a viewing, not expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I stepped into the unit I desired, I knew this would be the place I wanted to live. However, after the viewing, that is where things fell apart. The ad posted was for the last unit for only $1,099. It was rented right before me which means I would've been paying over $1,200 for another unit. That's fine, I said to myself. No problem with that. Most townhouses are that range anyway. Then they started adding the fees. $250 per pet deposit, which I started to get a little weary with, but I would've been okay with that too. I really liked that place! The thing that got me rather annoyed was when I was told of a $60 per month fee just to park my car outside on a stall. That's when things fell apart for me. The ad (which is still posted at this very minute) never mentions a fee for parking AT ALL. For $720 per year, I can have the luxury of parking my car outside. That's it. Nothing more. No thank you. I'd rather take that money and use it for gas and have some left over for other expenses. My decision after that was a big fat no. Their excuse for charging parking fees was that it was downtown and near Nait. Okay and? The parking lots are reserved for the townhouses. It's just another way to nickle and dime you. Had the parking fee been mentioned in the ad, I would not have wasted time driving through traffic downtown. Such a shame because out of all the places I viewed, I liked this one the most. 2 stars only because I liked the Unit.
