★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Londonderry mall to get help...trying to get warranty on my sons phone. The employee there "ken" was extremely helpful in telling I needed a app. He put the app on my phone. Printed out the paperwork. I signed everything. And it was all complete. Thank you Ken...for a job well done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I upgraded to the Samsung 22 from the 10. MARYAM helped me. I'm technologically challenged so I asked her to transfer my memory from my old phone to the new one. She also encouraged me to buy their protection bundle case and screen protector for $100 and agreed to install it for me. My phone was there for 5 hours and she blamed it on the malls wifi. I had confirmed with her multiple times that she would install the case and screen protector. When I picked it up she said everything was done. A week later I noticed a crack in the screen. I opened my virgin bag with the box inside and I see the screen protector!!! The manager said there was nothing they could do because once I leave the store ins my responsibility. My cheap Amazon case without screen protector worked better on my old phone than this $100 one they sold me! He took zero accountability
I'm very disappointed. Looking at the reviews it shows lot of others are too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend getting a plan with this company they have the worst customer service and just tell you to call the help line if there is any issues. If you do get a plan be prepared to be using 3x the amount of data than any other company and over priced. I will be switching to a better more reliable company
