★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Londonderry mall #115 … What a wonderful place… I have never shopped the Source in all my life. Unfortunately my issue was getting annoying and out of pure desperation I called this location. Jenny C answered my call…. In more than one way. Now I realize she was only doing what most people would say was her job…. But I disagree. I had been looking for a certain button cell battery… and after 6 disgusting losses at other stores… I heard the magic words…”yes we have 1 in stock”. Well my heart started beating so fast … can you please hold it?… I will be there in 3-5 minutes…I reply. Well I get the store , grab my button cell, pay for the replacement plan, notice then that they have an item on sale that would make a great gift. So I grab that as well.. finishing up the transaction with Jenny .. who has a beautiful personality, fun and bright with a touch of seriousness. As we finished she mentioned something about phones…. I was not paying full attention as I had gotten a text. I asked her to repeat it … and so glad I did. I ended up getting a better deal on my two phones plus walked away with a gift card. On top of all of that she offered to search other locations for a few more batteries and have them sent to this location…. I was so thankful that 6 stores did not have batteries… so I could meet and interact with this beautiful girl who happens to be a great employee. Thank you Jenny C!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jahal was a great help. I came in with my fitbit versa 1, it has quit working. I explained what I did and what I have tried. he listened asked questions and then tried a few things himself. He then read some things on line about this similar problem and told me what it said.
He then suggested I use the myhelp.fitbit.com to ask for help. He said that fitbit is know for their excellent customer service so I could try calling them as well.
So a big thank you to Jahal and not making my problem seem trivial and offering any help he could think of to me!! ??⭐️

Would definitely go back just for the great customer service again ☺️
