★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a part for my TV and he had me prepay (my fault for agreeing) but it took weeks to get the part. He had *valid* excuses. "The bulb that I went to pick up was not right" "the bulb was from Asia so it will not last, I want a good bulb" "I need to get the bulb from somewhere else now"
And then conveniently he went on a two week holiday at Christmas before returning any of my calls etc. I left numerous messages and none returned.
