★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into visions hoping to get my subwoofer and amp installed, when I first brought the truck in I had asked if they wanted to take measurements to make sure everything fit. The installer assured me he already knew what the dimensions where and to just book the truck in two weeks later to have everything done. Now comes time for my appointment and no one knows what’s going on, need my truck for 3 hours to take measurements and the installer that was supposed to be there is off. Moral of the story is do not trust these guys they will make everything sound too good to be true to try and get your business when in reality they have no clue what proper customer service is all about. If anyone is looking to get car audio done or good customer service in general I’d steer clear of this store. Your customer should never have to call you and confirm an appointment either, that is your job.

He helped with everything i needed from the store, gave me all the information i needed and even helped carry the item i bought, to my car. He was very kind! I love the customer service and friendliness of all the staff in this store. Will definitely come back and 100% recommended to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with this particular visions for years, and have met and dealt with a number of different staff members through those years, all of which were excellent at their jobs. Recently, my girlfriend and I decided to upgrade our factory stereo systems in our new vehicles, and the guys at visions did not disappoint. Mousum and Jeff both have done an outstanding job at, not only figuring out what will work best for our setups, but factoring in affordability as well. Thank you both for doing what you would expect from a store that specializes in everything electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went TV shopping to the NE Visions store , I met sale associate Manny , he was fantastic to deal with and spent over an hour with me looking at different TVs and options , excellent knowledge and answered all my questions. Got me into a nice Sony tv and a sweet deal on a Sound bar system. He was great to deal with , thanks Manny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly, great service and knowledgeable. I was greeted by each staff I saw. James and Mark were very helpful and catered to my needs. I was looking for an original TV remote I couldn’t find anywhere and they were able to provide one for me during that visit. Will definitely come back to this location for future electronic needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to connect with the Manager James about a sales item, a Samsung sound bar and he was happy to help me above and beyond by ensuring I would get what I need. I’m the store I was also helped by Manny who provided great detail on the sound bar as well as an improvement to the television I could upgrade to. He is even willing to keep that offer till I decide in the future. Awesome customer service. Awesome friendly people. Worth driving to the furthest Visions from my home to get this deal. Ask for Manny when you get here
