★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! I agreed to pay 40$ for a diagnostic on my son's Nintendo switch, thats fine and he quoted a price 120$ to fix it, midway raised the price to 170$ I agreed again, claiming someone messed it up before he got it (he was the only person to look at it). He messaged me back 2mins later to tell me he cannot fix it and to immediately send the 40$. I felt i was getting conned. I sent him the 40$ and when i got it the switch back, it was literally in pieces. I just paid this man 40$ to wreck it. After that, he was screaming at me boasting the he did this for 12 years and claimed he knew what he was doing. (I'm assuming conning ppl). PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS ON THIS FRAUD!!!!

I called Jason because his reviews are amazing and admittedly I made a mistake trying to take apart my ps4 to DIY replace the thermal paste. I was on the phone with him for all of 17 seconds before he hung up on me without hearing the issue so he could say yes or no to being able to do the job.
Not wanting to think he blew me off that quickly I called back and was directly sent to his voice mail (assuming he blocked my number) which I left a quick description of the issue and a call back number.
8 hours later I am writing this review because I really wanted to give him a chance at attempting to get back to me even tho I brought my console to another location and had it repairs in less the 6 hours.
His reviews are 4/5 but his professionalism from my experience is 0/5. I'd say try somewhere else before coming here first if you want your issue heard first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company is called Console Repair, but he doesn't work on playstations? Even though some review say he cleaned it for them? Obviously just didn't want the work. Just go to the other actual store fronts. You will get better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy's is Amazing is putting it lightly , I took my ps4 pro to get fixed ( clean and thermal paste ) didn't take long at all in fact me and my brother got to the Mall and he already had called .
Perfect price 80$ lol better then other costly video game repair shops in the city.
Not to mention he went out of his was to 100% make sure my system worked ? thanks Jason definitely coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached this business as professionally as possible. I had 4 PS4 controllers with various issues that I explained in detail on the phone. From stick drift, battery, and button issues.
He had my controllers for a week and informed me that they had been fixed. I paid him (with a generous tip) and took them home to test them out.
Not only did the issues I explained were not fixed, but I did not even believe that he worked on them at all to begin with. The reason I think this is that the little crud/grim that had coated the controller casing screws hadn't been disturbed at all.
I would be VERY wary of giving them any more business. I recommend taking detailed photos of your items PRIOR to leaving them with this business. At least you'll know if they even bothered to open them.
EDIT: He's now claiming I have him mixed up with somebody else. Can't imagine mixing up the dingy house you work out of with a legitimate business sorry!
