The person who was helping me did not know anything about the Samsung galaxy 6 active released earlier this year , that i wanted to up grade to today. Instead I walked out shaking my head without a new phone.....boo erns

Rude and unwelcoming staff. Went in to the store today and asked an associate for assistance in switching to a plan that was being promo’d. Associate lied and gave inaccurate information. Walked away and contacted Rogers over the phone and they were more than happy to assist me in switching over to the plan I wanted. Don’t even bother going to this store.

Free Parking & HANDICAP Parking at Londonderry Mall ! Staff was Very Courteous, kind. For me, I particularly like the help that I receive from "Kojo" !!! He is "Extremely" knowledgeable in all areas of the cell phones. He has been helping me with different questions & problems that I have had for approximately 3 years now. I am "Extremely" Satisfied with his help !!!! A Real PLEASURE to deal with !!!!!

After spending 3 hours on hold with customer service and getting disconnected, I went to the Londonderry location. They were very busy and also on hold themselves trying to get through to customer service, but they were awesome and Henry got my plan sorted out for me. (Very busy on the last day they were offering a VERY discounted plan). Really appreciate his awesome customer service.

The location is a bit busy but if you are ever there, go to Carlos! That guy acknowledges you right off the bat, whether he or the store is busy. He is worth the wait. Not only does he go through literally everything with you, from services to how to save money, but also provides you with his business cards in case you need to contact him after your visit. Great customer service from Carlos! He is the employee all Rogers employees should emulate!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. I ruined a new screen protector because I thought it was supposed to peel away because it was a different colour so I hated it, they switched it out no issues.

Carlos did a great job setting up my phone with Rogers. He was super caring, attentive and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend asking for him if you ever need any guidance! Thanks Carlos for all your help! You made the whole experience easy and quick.
