Associate lied and gave inaccurate information. Walked away and contacted Rogers over the phone and they were more than happy to assist me in switching over to the plan I wanted. Don’t even bother going to this store.

He is "Extremely" knowledgeable in all areas of the cell phones. He has been helping me with different questions & problems that I have had for approximately 3 years now. I am "Extremely" Satisfied with his help !!!! A Real PLEASURE to deal with !!!!!

They were very busy and also on hold themselves trying to get through to customer service, but they were awesome and Henry got my plan sorted out for me. (Very busy on the last day they were offering a VERY discounted plan). Really appreciate his awesome customer service.

He is worth the wait. Not only does he go through literally everything with you, from services to how to save money, but also provides you with his business cards in case you need to contact him after your visit. Great customer service from Carlos! He is the employee all Rogers employees should emulate!
