★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my ears pierced about a year ago. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The holes came out uneven, awkwardly spaced. My ears got incredibly infected, despite cleaning them 2-3 times a day as directed. I had to go on antibiotics for weeks. I even had to take out one of the piercings and let it heal over because there was so much pain. Hell, my upper ear STILL has a small bubble next to the piercing and hurts when I sleep. I couldn't sleep for weeks because of the pain. The girls at the store gave my the wrong information, they had no idea what they were talking about. My doctor said that most of what they told me was wrong, and that they shouldn't be giving medical advice. When I went back to tell them what happened they showed no interest and didn't seem to care.
My conclusion? Don't go here. Go to a piercing professional. These girls are not trained properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I could give no stars at all I would. The girl in the store Mackenzie(sorry If I spelt your name wrong) was condescending and impatient. When I called the store yesterday the waiting tone said "Expert at piercing ears" how are you a expert if you don't have the basic customer service skills like greeting your customer. Okay I understand you are having a bad day but I give you no excuse for treating us wrong. I was explaining my mother what she was saying about the options to pierce ears and this girl stops me and says"Mam" "Mam" and continues to what she was saying with a rude tone like she doesn't care. She was rude to my mother the way she looked was very demeaning. When my 17 month old daughter was on the chair sitting with me - she gives me direction to hold my daughter and repeated it 3 times to me even though I understood and was trying my best to hold my daughter. I know its a tough job to maintain a steady position with any 17 month old I bet even a 17 year old would be nervous getting their ears pierced. You just need to have patience if you are in the service. I told her that she is being very impatient and to have patience with us, then she says I think I will stop this here we cannot do it - How rude. Why do you offer a service when your staff is incapable of being nice to a 17 month old. If you staff lacks patience in baby piercing you should not be offering service. This girl at the store spoilt this experience for me and my daughter - YOU NEED Customers We DONT need you. Finally got my daughters piercing done at a different place - he was calm and most importantly had patience, he played with her and she sat there and got her ears pierced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Claire's after hours for a children's birthday party. The staff made the entire experience so fun and were so wonderfully accommodating. They went out of their way to make the entire experience as exciting as possible for the kids and went far beyond my expectations. I think this is the best birthday experience I've ever been a part of and would be overjoyed to have a other birthday party there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 10yr old daughters birthday party here and it was the BEST party ever! The manager and 2nd staff who worked the party were amazing with the girls let them have the best time ever! What kids wouldn't want the store to themselves to have a giant fashion show!? I cannot say enough about how great the staff were the kids were able to let loose and have to much fun with them AND the party was so reasonably priced! We would definitely do it again and my daughter can't wait for her next party, even going in weeks later they still took time to talk with my daughter and make her feel special even though her party was over ❤ I definitely recommend having parties at this location the staff are AMAZING!

The amount of questions i asked and that she could answer was awesome! I will recomment this claires to everyone i know! thank you so much Ashton and staff for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my first daughter pricing there with no issues. Did my second daughter pricing last month and 3 weeks later I took the earrings out to be cleaned. After I noticed her ear was very hard. Took out d earrings for 2 days so it can heal. Tried putting in back in but was blocked. Called the store and the lady on the phone was so polite and asked to go to the store with my recipe. Went there and the lady at the store was so rude. I was so nervous about my baby’s ear and she was so rude. I will be back to in few days to get my daughter ear checked again as I was told I was to wait few more days before they can price it. I was told the lady that did my daughters pricing was no longer working there. Just few week ago she was there wearing a specialist T-shirt. SMH for a specialist she did a terrible job. Now my poor daughter have to go through the process again. See you soon and hopefully that lady won’t be there this time????????.
