★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in here yesterday, 2 girls sitting behind the counter, didnt even bother saying hello didnt ask if I needed help when looking at shoes. Should take time to teach employees how not to judge someone, was extremely uncomfortable in there knowing I was being judged by the way I dressed. ( was in sweats and a hoody) looked at me like I was scum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great customer service. Ocean went above and beyond to help us exchange a few dressing shoes that we bought online but received the wrong size. We lost the receipt and the email but she was able to help us and get the correct size ordered. Thank you Ocean for your help!
