They had offered to call another store for me and had called two different locations of my choice. The second store had my size and the boots were placed immediately on hold for me. Picked up my boots the next day. Thank you for making my shopping experience so great!

Star redacted for being out of the dope emerald unique birk in my size but gonna order from mephisto cause they seem higher quality for exactly the same price and i dont usually wait a minute let alone days for restocks. P	Pashan Fernando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in here today, 8th June and there was a girl and guy working there. The girl was at the cash till helping out a customer and the guy was back there too. It was just myself and the other customer, neither of the associates bothered to acknowledge me. I was standing by the Vans display and I thought that maybe once they were done with the customer one of them would help me but the started a conversation right after the customer left. I was looking looking get my size in a specific pair of shoes so I tried to make eye contact with the girl, she looked at me and promptly looked away and continued her conversation with the other employee. I was there for around 4 minutes and left at exactly 12:10 since I didn't want to interrupt their very important conversation. I suppose I wasn't worth either of their time. But thank you though, I found the pair of shoes I wanted for much cheaper on Amazon.

A	Alexandra Gagnon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of expensive work shoes - for the sole purpose of wearing them TO WORK. unfortunately the shoes didn’t workout as I stand all day on my feet. The sales associate wouldn’t return them because they had been worn “outside of my house” but that is the sole intention to try something on for where you will be wearing them all day?? Anyway, I ended up looking for a different pair to get interrupted by then telling me they close in 5 minutes and that I have to leave. That I can’t buy anything else now as they are “headed home” Needless to say I didn’t feel the customer service at this location was all that great this evening and could definitely be more helpful. Pic of the shoes they refused to return.

They were very busy talking and laughing behind the counter. Have been there before and this seems to be par for the course for SOFT MOC staff.
