★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with the Hearing Care Clinic when I recently went to replace my Remote for my Hearing Aids as well as have a Hearing Test done. The Friendly Staff as well as Professional Care made me feel like I was talking and dealing with Family. I would recommend The Hearing Care Clinic for any as well as all our Hearing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone unfamiliar with Londonderry Mall, it was a bit confusing finding the location, BUT reception was very helpful guiding me to them and understanding that I was a bit behind schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. The actual product has been phenomenal, I only wish I had gotten my ear plugs years ago. I recommend HCC with my highest confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually complain but this lady made feel uncomfortable she said some uncomfortable comments. Am black and I was Discriminated because of it. I was so upset and when I told her it’s not okay she said she didn’t want book me anymore because my skin colour I will take her to curt this not okay.
