Yesterday my wife bought me a shoes as bday gift and today I exchange with something I really like it. But the cashier was saying "no exchange or return" jus for today and I said "why?"... Then she called her Manager to confirm if I can exchange. And here's the words she said directly to my face, "what do you want?"... What a gong show she did, wondering how come she can be a manager!!!

Went here no stock in my size and beyond rude service!!! Raven the floor manager is rude, condescending and to be honest not good at customer service at all.

Shopped at this store today. The customer service I received was HORRIBLE. I thought I'd do the company a favor and phoned their corporate number to voice a complaint. The Customer Service Agent asked me, "Is it cool if I transfer your call." Where is the professionalism? The lady handling my order while in the store,tattoo on her arms, had such a bad attitude. She ignored me after asking for assistance and attempted to get me to ask another associate for help. Also, I over-heard her and another associate talking ill about a customer who was being indecisive. Based on my experience with the agent over the phone and the conduct of their in store associates, leads me to believe that this company does not pride itself in offering exceptional customer service. Sad!

I give a rating of 0, but I was not given the option. I had the worst experience here 2 weeks ago. The manager Happy refused to exchange a pair of shoes I bought from Foot Locker Kids in West Ed. After going to West Ed I was told by Champ West Ed and Foot Locker West Ed agents that the shoes are available at Londonderry Champs and I should be able to exchange the shoe at Londonderry Champs as they are the same company. I went into Champs Londonderry the day before and the associate offered to do the exchange but I decided I would go check Foot Locker downstairs first. I went into Londonderry Champs again the next day and Happy refused to exchange the shoe. First she told me that she would not exchange it because “they have different skus” and then I called Foot Locker West Ed associate who was much more helpful, and she offered to call Champs Londonderry. She then told me she was told that they didn’t have the product I was looking to get exchanged, and she reminded me that my receipt was emailed. I went back into Champs Londonderry a second time that same day to present the receipt and ask for an exchange and again Happy still refused to make the exchange. I told her I did not understand why as I was just told by other associates I could do the exchange. She then said I would have to buy the pair of shoes from Champs first then go downstairs and return the shoe. I told her I could not keep going back and forth between stores and calling people. She then says ‘it’s only downstairs’ EXCUSE YOU! I’ve never been so inconvenienced by a store in my life. I had a flight to catch that day. I ended up buying the pair of shoes from Happy as they were the last pair of shoes in the store. I then had to go to foot locker and return the other pair. I called the manager Happy when I was leaving the mall, and asked her why all other associates were telling me I could do the exchange and she refused. She then says ‘it’s something I started last week’, it’s actually ‘managers discretion’, well you didn’t tell me that when I was standing in the store. How is it that Champs Londonderry has a different policy than other Champ stores? I asked for the contact information of her manager and she told me she could not give me her manager Brian’s contact information but she took my name and number and said he would call me. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call. I am never shopping at Champs ever again, and I will make sure I advise freinds and family to avoid Champs Londonderry as they have the worst customer service I have ever received at a store.

Such bad customer service, I have tried this location twice and both times it seem like the customers were a bother to the employees. Not one employee said hello and even when I wanted to get a size I had to chase after the staff as they were definitely more interested in hiding from the customers. I have worked many years in the retail industry and this store is by far the worst service I have every witness. Asked to have my sons foot measured and was told that they don’t do that and then had nothing in sizes (which I do understand it’s back to school season) but the employee would just come back empty handed and didn’t even try to show other options, would just say they don’t have the size and walk away.I got sick of hold a shoe trying to get someone’s attention to see if they had sizes, gave up and left empty handed

I was looking at the other reviews and it seems that people either love this store or hated it depending on the service. Well I did go in the store and looked around, it is clean and nice. I looked at the prices and wow running shoes or sneakers or whatever you call them anywho are really expensive. I did not try any and did not get any service so I gave a 3 star because it all looked great and flashy but I can go elsewhere for like kind and quality for a better price. I won’t come back.

Worst experience ever in a store. They did not have the size I was looking for. The lady who was trying to help placed an online order for the shoes we wanted. I asked to be delivered at the store. Paid for the item. Was told that it takes 3-4 business days. This was on the 21st of April. 1 week later I go back. No sign of the shoes. Was told to give it about 1 more day or call the customer service. I gave them 4 more days. Nothing. Called their custumer support, only to find out that the item was returned on the 26th, they just got it back today and they will not resend it.NOBODY EMAILED NOR CALLED ME to at least let me know what happened. The lady on the phone said they will refund me. The worst customer service so far. The money is stil not on my account!Edit. I went back to the store and they processed the refund. Had I not went back, their call centre wouldn't have refunded me for the item they refused to resend, which was returned to their wharehouse due to their mistake as they could not figure it out that the shoes were supposed to go to one of their stores. The cashier at least was helpful and nice enough not to mess more with the situation. Feel bad for the people working there as they are the ones who are getting yelled at due to the inefficient call centre that the company has. Seriously, try to get your higher management to train their people a bit better in the warehouses and call centres as this is a no go for customer service.
