★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee shoved my clothes into the bag without being bothered to fold them. There were 3 employees but only 1 helping a line of customers while the other 2 were taking the entire time neatly organizing their paper bags. I sent a complaint to the company customer service weeks ago and I still haven't received any replies as to whether they are going to improve the service or not. I won't shop there until I here back from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store and the attendants are nice. But charging 10 cents for a bag that should come for free in a clothing store made me rethink if I ever want to visit any of their stores in the future....pretty cheap way to treat your clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for women’s pants with a specific inseam but after rummaging through all the pants I could find, we were on our way out. A worker came up to my husband and asked to lift his mask up as it had slid down a bit exposing the tip of his nose (a constant struggle for those that have beards). I really could have used her help in trying to find some tall pants but she, and no one else, seemed willing to help and was only concerned about policing masks.
I’ll be going to Kingsway for my future shopping needs.
