They just lost my business. There was 1 customer in the store & they wouldn't allow 1 other person to look at cases. They weren't past their capacity because they let me go in to pay for a new sim card. Then they refused to look into a problem I'm having with my phone. You can tell by the reviews that this is one of the worst locations, you'd think management would want to change that.

I went in to the Londonderry store to change over my fathers old flip phone to the iPhone I had purchased for him for Father’s Day. He was ill and in the hospital, so I wanted to change it over and get him a data plan. Then he could FaceTime my Mom at home whenever he wanted. Abby A made it easy, which was appreciated since emotions were high and I simply wanted to make life easier for my Pop. Thank you Abby for being kind and giving me the best Telus experience I have ever had, at a time when it meant the most.

I switched over to Telus today and debated whether to go to this location or not based on the reviews it has. I personally had a great customer service experience with Kevin today. He was very friendly, patient and explained everything thoroughly. He was also very patient in helping me set up a flip phone for my elderly mom. While I waited in line I also saw how he helped a mom and her young son with their phone issues. Due to covid and the store max capacity they couldn't go into the store, but he'd walk back and forth from his computer to help them solve the issue with their phone. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend you give this location a chance. It is possible that not everyone has such excellent customer service skills as Kevin, but if he's there, you're in luck!

I went in with my girlfriend to get a new phone, and Abby was amazing! Such a great help. She was fast, efficient and very personable. She helped us out as much as she could happily. Making our experience easy and enjoyable !!! Thanks so much Abby! Definitely will be returning and recommending others to her

After having an issue where the mobile plan I had was too much for what I needed, I returned to the store to have them fix it as much as they could. They did a good job of explaining what the new plan entailed, and solved my issue by going to their discount provider for a much more reasonable rate (less than half of the prior plan) and with everything I needed.

Went in to upgrade my phone, 0 hassle was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly service, the guy working was very knowledgeable as well.

Went to the Londonderry Mall Telus after being told by the CS people based in the Philippines that they couldn’t correct the bill issue where someone has registered their cell to my address. After discussing the issue with a sales tech, I was told that the store manager should be able to address the issue but he was on break and he would not answer his cell. After manager returned, I was told that he was still on break and that I should come back in a half hour but then was told that he had a meeting and wouldn’t be able to meet me then either. Customer service = 0 Customer experience = 0

Great experience at this store after a nightmare of one at Kingsway. The staff here were well informed of their policies and the crossover policies with Koodo. The guy helping me hadn’t done it before but a manager was there to assist. In and out easily within 15 minutes. If only all store had the same professionalism and customer service attitude. These reps were absolutely wonderful and made a horrible experience slightly less horrible!
