Not only did they accommodate, but they also polished my jewellery without charge. The customer service here is outstanding. The only jeweller here in alberta I've seen that has jewellery for any age and any taste. I will DEFINITELY be back

We stopped by two jewelry stores at Londonderry Mall, and were told by both of them that the ring would have to be sent to their head office for an estimate. And, if we chose to approve the work, it would be another two weeks to have the work done. We subsequently went to Ultra Jewelers, and found that they had a goldsmith on site who was able to discuss options and give us an estimate immediately. We decided to proceed with the work, and were told that it would take two days but in fact, the ring was ready in less than 24 hours. They also cleaned my wife’s wedding ring at no extra charge. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and we couldn’t be happier with their work and the incredibly prompt service. We would definitely shop there again.

I brought a few watches in to have the batteries replaced and was told I get a call when they’re done . never got a call so I had to call them , When I got home I noticed one of my Movado watches had a piece of dirt inside the watch sitting on the face this watch has never been opened before nor did it have any dirt in it. I went back to the store only to have the jeweller tell me that it wasn’t possible for it to be from them. I argued it had never been there before nor had it been opened up .I left it and she said they would see what they could do and call me when it’s done. once again they did not call me to let me know , I went in days later after I called to pick up. A few days later noticed that the dirt was still in the face and they had only just shook it around until it laid on the outside edge of watch face where are you couldn’t see it .they have done nothing to fix the problem the customer service here is a joke and so is there cheap jewellery

Similar to other reviews, went to other places in the mall and it would either take up to 4 weeks for an estimate and repair, or be very expensive. Another one of the major jewelers in the mall actually suggested I get a quote at Ultra because of their goldsmith on site! First fix came back, but I wasn't 100% happy so they fixed it again at no extra charge. Great service, would recommend if you're looking to get your jewelry worked on at Londonderry.
