★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, love this branch at the Londonderry mall. It's perfectly organize. You will not get lost in the oblivion of displayed clothings. I'd rather shop here than the one's at the West Edmonton Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specially for the Londonderry store. Store hours are not clearly posted at the entrance. I entered at 6:55 not knowing the store was closing at 7pm. There was a greeter at the door who welcomed me and some others in. Come 6:59pm, some others and i were given the stink eye by a few sales associates, and asked what we were looking for in the store given that it was closed. The same “greeter” had proceeded to shut the gate. I am a frequent Simons customer and like the housewares, but the cold staff make it hard to want to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I freaking love this place! I could spend way too much money in this here. They have a lot of great fashion choices, I am a fan of their housewares section as well. This last trip was unique in that I lost my keys. I called into the customer service and spoke to Debra who returned them to me. Even their customer base are good people. Simons has become a staple on my list of places I go regularly now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tee’s for $10 or a purse for $4,000 and everything in between. Mostly clothing and footwear with home accessories from kitchen to bathroom. There is a price point for everyone. The store is well lit and clean. It’s big but doesn’t seem so when walking around it. They have great selection and carry many name brands plus their own. The clothing is trendy if that’s what you want or conservative stuff too. I have been coming here since it opened and before when it opened in WEM. Love the ambiance and decor will come again.
August 13, 2021 visiting once again. Enjoyed the experience. Contact with the staff was nice, she was friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the layout of this location. Upstairs staff are very friendly and diligent. The women’s clothing area is very organized and says a good flow to it. Kind of hard to find change rooms as they appear to be back rooms but I must say the individual change rooms themselves are very nice with great lighting and mirrors that show good angles. Simons is one of my top favorite clothing and accessory stores, and I’m surprised there are two in Edmonton.
