Still can’t believe the HB near my house just threw a ceramic candle in a huge babble mailer which ended up being broken. (Made no sense to me the Hamilton ON Hudson Bay)

I think that’s because of the history behind it and they are able to remain relevant. They have been an Olympic sponsor for many years and that has helped. Their merchandise is somewhat pricey but the quality is there. They have some very exclusive designers and only they carry. I like this store and have always enjoyed the the variety and good quality. The store is well lit and clean.

Went out of his way to make sure he could do all he could to assist me in helping me accommodate with a damaged item that I wanted to purchase. Incredibly great service on his part

A	Angela Summerfelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helped someone else buy clothes for a graduation ceremony they did have everything he needed and a generous selection of quality clothes to choose from and decent deals. However the clerk took 10 minutes to process 5 items and the tag wasn't removed from one of the items setting off alarms in every store after that and it took another 10 minutes to get out after we returned to go to his car to leave and we were in a hurry which was the only reason I rated it a 4
D	Dawn Beronilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We finally decided to go with an artificial tree and saw one that we loved online and decided to head in to the store to see it. It was so busy! Turns out everyone had the same idea as us on the same day! Haha! The staff were so sweet though. Although they didn't have any floor samples of the tree I wanted in store, there was a great staff member who helped us place our order and walked us through everything. Really great service, and as it turns out, a really amazing product. We are in love with the tree! Pre-lit, 7kgs including the box, and in only three pieces! It's a top notch product in my opinion. Overall we are really impressed with the whole experience.
