R	Ray Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst teller and manager ever went in to deposit a cheque , teller tells me there’s going to be a hold on my cheque I tell her to deposit it she has to talk to the manager , I ask a simple question why has there been a hold on funds from my cheques lately then the teller asks for my I.d saying she’s new working ????? She could have told me that 20 minutes earlier . So I ask the manager the same question and same thing they don’t both understand the question all of a sudden she’s telling me there system is perfect it must be on me …. So I tell them to hurry up and deposit my pay cheque and I’ll leave ….been with T.D for a few years I think it’s time to find another bank

A	Abraham Ghebremariam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stoped by today evening with my wife to reset a password of debit card because she lost her password and the customer service is not ready to help rude no respect she deeply breathing in front of us.I used this bank and branch at least five years never have a problem.accidentally she serve me Three times was really bad when I ask her to repeat again she look frustrating ,deeply breathing and stress .Finally I decided to give a comment.unfortunately I don’t have her name.

They gave me change and didn’t say anything about it being a one time thing, until I came back today. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes only to be told that because I don’t have an account here I can’t get change. Like I said NOBODY told me last time that it was a one time thing. I might’ve been more inclined to actually get an account there had they not embarrassed me in front of a bank full of people.

I had a simple question about how I could go about making an investment and the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional. Maybe an appointment or a web referral would have been appropriate. I was shoed off the phone and told to call a different location. Thanks to her, you guys have just lost a customer.
