★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s in the name Sport Chek if you are looking for anything sport related then you can chek it off at this store. The store is well lit and not to cluttered. It is clean. There are employees available when needed to answer questions. The prices are okay to somewhat expensive. I like the layout of the store. I don’t really have much to say about it as it doesn’t really move me one way or the other. I’m sure I will be back at some point as the store is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online shows the product I want so I go to the store only to be told no we don’t have. There must be at least eight maybe 12 people working. Hey manager train someone to update your website. Unless you like to get customers to come in even when you know some products on line you don’t have but hope they will shop and buy something else. The handheld scanner the employee had showed right away no stock on hand. Similar to bait and switch techniques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might as well waste your hard earned money on gas to drive to the store! If you call to inquire about a product, they will put you on hold and never return to the call! Thumbs down to the girl at the front desk. Pure laziness working the tills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never buy anything from here again!! I was testing out the bicycles when i was told i have to leave because apparently you can be “too big and too old” for a tricycle. I felt disgusted knowing I cannot buy a nice bike due to my age

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this store quite a few times now and it seems like customer service is getting worse. During my visit with my family, we were browsing for shoes. One of the staff checked on us and we told him we're just browsing for now, while there are other four staff just standing, talking, or walking in and out of their storage. When my husband finally need assistance to try on the shoes, no staff was on the floor to help. But we can hear them talking and laughing from the back. When one of them finally came out and assisted us, some of the other staffs came out as well and again, just standing and talking while there are other customers in the area. The other customers actually have to seek them out just to get assistance. While all of this is happening, I couldn't help but noticed how dirty the area is. There's pieces of paper and garbage everywhere, yet none of the "diligent" staffs bothered to clean up. Disappointed, we decided to not make a purchase and try Kingsway location instead.
