Rent isn't bad, maintenance is quick. Short walk to the LRT is the best part.

Rate this place a zero If i could be careful with the new landlord Sarah very rude, lacks professionalism and threatens eviction over the smallest miscommunication which is alarming and, no good for business.

Good job for not cleaning the snow properly, leaving icy pavement. I would rated 0 star if I could. Horrible management.

Awful. Used to be really good and then the management changed to HomeED. I would say they are approaching the ****iness level of boardwalk. I have injured myself by falling on ice, as has my sister now with a twisted knee. No upkeep, no salt, garbage everywhere, ice build up on stairs. Seems like a lot of long term tenants are considering not renewing. I have lived here for five years and found the access to lrt and stores a bonus. However, I will be finding a new place to live. How do they expect to keep good tenants? I second all the other new reviews, we submitted to have hazardous (electrical) repairs and they haven’t come. We have reached out multiple times and haven’t heard back. We got sent a notice that they will rent based on income but I wonder what implications this has and where is my money going when it’s not to maintenance or customer service? Today I was walking though the complex after work to enjoy trash everywhere and the smell of pot wafting through the air. Also seems the quality of tenants has gone down . We used to have an on-site manager and maintenance guy- this is no longer. Company seems very centralized now and β€œbusiness” like whereas my previous property manager knew my family by unit number. I have rented for 20 years and I’m extremely disappointed at what my home has come to.

Used to be five stars then it fell off in the last threes months. New property company has taken over now and there is no on-site management anymore. Smells travel between units easily. Moving out due inability of rental company to enforce rental provisions on other tenants. Do not recommend to live here. Maintenance shows up 3 weeks after a request was put in, and attempts to enter with no notice.

Used to be a great, quiet, family friendly place to live. It was well maintained. In the last little while it has gone downhill. Snow removal is basically non existent, it's noisy, smelly, and there is no longer on site management because they want to rent out that unit to make more money instead. Maintenance requests used to be done same day or at worst, next day. Now you get told that maintenance will be by to look into an issue and then never hear about it again. Complaints go unanswered. You speak to someone at a call center now instead of the actual management, and get told they'll pass on the message and you'll receive a call back which never happens. They're talking about lowering rental rates soon, but if that means there's going to be zero upkeep then what's the point? Many tenants that have been here long term like us and are planning to leave when their leases are up due to how things are being run now. This place use to deserve 5 stars but I definitely don't recommend it at all now.
