What you have to expect when you leave your car underground.

Front doors lock way to early why have buzzers if you have to come down anyways

Towed my vehicle from my under ground parking stall when I went away to Thailand for a 3 week vacation. Came back and they had done zero paper work before towing it from MY underground park stall, after only 6 days of being on vacation. Due to them not doing paper work, I had to report it stolen, and I then had to pay for a 110$ uber to my work over 60 kms away. And then organize a way for me to get home from work. Eventually I found my vehicle at Cliffs towing, after 2 days of calling around. (This is what I came home to immediately after my vacation.) Cliffs towing had caused damage to my jeep, making it un-usable causing me to have to look for a new vehicle (I also work out of town mind you, and this was my primary form of transportation.) Regency River Valley Rentals, claimed it was my fault, and that they had warned tenants a few weeks before. And proceed to give me a photocopy piece of paper that apparently they slid under my door that they were changing the parking stalls again (They had changed my underground parking stall two times in the last 4 months, which in my opinion already broke my lease.) Stay far far far away from this building and company, its a fun building due to the people that live there, looks nice... but everyone HATES the management. Its pathetic and it will COST YOU money, and maybe even your job if they ruin your means to get there. They have taken zero responsibility for any of this, and will constantly claim their is new management. Its the same office staff, doing the same things. I even made a post on social media about it and received messages from multiple people who had there vehicle towed from there parking stall they signed and paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE/ Also the area is very shady I would Not recommend females walk around at night here alone.
