My floor is leaking, the house stink of sewage, am cockroaches are coming out and am getting sick. it has been 8 days and only one guy come to vacuum the water off. I called them many times and everytime i have to start from scratch explaining whats wrong with the building.

I worked with the leasing agent, Hassan, and he made this experience nothing short of hassle-free and extremely enjoyable despite some hiccups along the way. It was a very rushed process due to how quick I needed something and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it happen for me in every way within such a short time frame even working outside of business hours to make sure paperwork went through properly. He answered every question I had, kept in contact with me every day with updates, and addressed every issue that came up RIGHT AWAY. Because of Hassan, I received the best possible deal even more than what I could ever expect and incredible incentives.

To begin with, the location of the place is very convenient for my work and my son's school. We have bus and LRT closer. Londonderry mall is just ten minutes in bus. There are schools and daycare closer to the building which makes life easier for a parent. The manager of the building, Abi is a thorough professional and is a person who responds promptly to any concerns. He makes sure that the tenants are not having any unresolved issues when it comes to living here. Overall, I am happy that I chose to live here and I am happier with my decision of renewing my lease. Check this place out if you are looking for a good, safe and peaceful place to live .

There were twenty in one corner of my dresser, nests behind my paintings in the bathroom and under the fridge.When there "exterminator" showed up he had raid. Wouldn't recommend ☹️
P	Princess Amakiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly i just moved into one of their units at Village Acres. I want to mention two people who are doing a great work for my apartment building. Jason Lasisi who is the current property manager goes above and beyond in attending to tenants’ complaints, questions or enquiries. He really works to ensure that every tenant is satisfied and i am very much happy and impressed. Abaynesh is one of the nice ladies that cleans my apartment building. She is a hardworker and i can always tell a difference when she comes in to clean my apartment. She is always friendly and i like that about her.
P	Paige Hahnekamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright first off there are a few big shout outs I need to make for Jason our landlord, the maintence guy and the cleaning lady. 100% the best experience I've had with any rental company, all of them are friendly and knowledgeable and are fast to get stuff taken care of. There's a lot of buildings here and a lot of tenants and everything gets addressed quickly. The only complaint I have is when we had that ice rain mainstreet as a company didn't have our parking lot done I saw Jason and his team outside doing the walks to ensure the safety of the tenants this is the kind of of attention you detail that makes this team so prominent and awesome. Keep up the great work guys!
T	Tina Jarvis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *** EDIT Since this review the management here have been a pleasurer to work with to addressing my concerns To making sure that my apartment has been fixed and maintained properly, they have removed the broken glass that was along my living room window and the garbage that I have had to look at every morning when I have opened my drapes. They have also repaired the exterior damage as well to my living room window frame as well. The maintenance crew has also been a pleasure to work with he is a polite young man who deserves a raise. The whole maintenance crew works very hard to keep these buildings clean. The new resident manager is working very hard to address all issues within this big complex as it is a lot to handle here and I know it can be super stressful at times as well. I would still recommend this anyone to live here they are friendly and they do care. Mainstreet is working very hard to make sure that they have the right tenants living here. Thank you Mainstreet for fixing the issues with in my unit I greatly appreciate it very much. On one final note when they put in the new flooring I noticed that there was no underlay put on top of the cement.
