โ โ โ โ โ Worst ever experience , Dishonest and unreliable Management ( Manager), waiting for months to get back my damage deposit now have to go to Court (RTDRS) for getting back my Damage Deposit . Not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the cleanest most well run apartment building. The residents are treated with respect and safety in mind at all times. Location is great 4 bus stop within 1 min walk from front door. Winter snow and ice is dealt with quickly even in the worst of conditions to ensure safe passage.

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give this place negative Stars I so would.This place is unprofessional The manager does not care what so ever. Will go back on agreement so don't believe a word that they say. And if you want to live in a building full of junkies and have people try to forcing their way into your unit then by all means live here. But it is not worth what you have to pay to live here. It's take them forever to fix anything and the site manager will not answer you back until she feels like it. And she will threaten you with court. This is not a safe place to live.
