★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discusting place just like ANYTHING from boardwalk.... over priced bs. Theyre apartments should be like 500 a month not 1000 and over. Do not buy into theyre fake pics or anything they say. I would honestly rather sleep on the street.... at least there bedbugs and cockroaches are for free lol

When I came to see the property, I was treated with such kindness and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a showing this morning, the manager is so nice. I put an application and I’ll be moving in after Christmas. The first impression of site is pretty good, spacious room and swimming pool is a blessing in the summer.

We have a music crazy fan who plays ducking noisy music at late night time and early morning time !!! In this old building!!!!!
The manager and company do nothing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment we lived in for a year was gorgeous. The grey and neutral design was so fun to decorate. It was so spacious that we didn't have enough things to fill up the apartment. The units were also very quiet despite us facing the road. The building management and staff were friendly and easy to contact.
